1. Acceptance of Terms

(B) Maintain and promptly amend all information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any member fails to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, or if Gaosun.com.cn & Gaosun.cn have reasonable grounds to believe that such Member is in breach of such representations, warranties and covenants, Gaosun.com.cn & Gaosun.cn have the right to suspend or terminate the membership of such member without any compensation.
4. Member ID¡¢Password and Secrecy.
During registration process, you will enter your Member ID and Password. You should be responsible for the security of your member ID and Password. You should also be responsible for any activity during the use of your Member ID and Password. You agree:
(A) If you discover that anyone uses your Member ID and Password without your authorization or other situations that violate the security terms, you will inform Gaosun.com.cn & Gaosun.cn immediately.
(B) Make sure that you log out of the Website through correct process. Gaosun.com.cn & Gaosun.cn CAN NOT and WILL NOT be responsible for any loss or damages as the result of your violation of this term.
(C) You should take full responsibility of the security of your Member ID and Password. It¡¯s not allowed to reveal your password to or use your password mutually with a third party.
5. Fees.
It¡¯s totally FREE for you to register as member of Gaosun.com.cn & Gaosun.cn.
6. Transaction Process
Once you become our member, you can purchase our products through Gaosun.com.cn & Gaosun.cn. Please place your order according to the information in ¡°HELP¡± section and negotiate about the price. Once the order is confirmed, it is regarded as an official contract and can not be recalled (Unless both the buyer and seller agree to).
7. Settlement of Transaction Conflicts
Our company will do our best to make you enjoy your purchase through Gaosun.com.cn & Gaosun.cn. Unfortunately, our company can not anticipate every technical problem or other flaws of the Website. If the order can not be completed due to technical problems or other flaws of the website, our company will not be responsible for any compensation.
8. Force Majeure
If the order can not be delivered due to anything that is out of our company¡¯s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, strike or revolt, material shortage or ration, riot, war, government behavior, malfunction of communication or other facilities, and serious casualty, our company will not be responsible for any compensation.
9. Security
Our website has relevant securities to protect the information from being lost, abused or modified. These securities include backing up the data on other servers and encoding member¡¯s password. Although we have these securities, there is NO ¡°perfect security¡± on the Internet. If there is any loss as the result of this, our company will not be responsible for any compensation.
10. Amending of the Agreement
Our company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. If the Agreement has been amended, our company will inform you in the ¡°NEWS¡± section of the website. If you continue purchasing our products through this website, you are indicating your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
11. Law Abidance
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People¡¯s Republic of China. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and relevant laws, take the laws as standard. You should respect and obey relevant laws, codes, terms and restrictions of the People¡¯s Republic of China.
